❔ Who are you?
❤  Name's Spunky! I'm a funky lil racoon on the internet, I spend my days creating the art you see here. I'm an fulltime freelance artist based in California, I started Spunky Stuff! to share my goods with cool folks like yourself, thanks for supporting what I do. All I wanna do is create all day, every day, you're the coolest for making that possible! 

❔ What is your art inspired by?
❤  We love variety in this house, I can't say we vibe off of just one theme. I love making things inspired by punk culture, tropical themes, kawaii aesthetics, grunge n' more. I'm an indecisive racoon with hopes something er rather will catch your eye :D

❔ I live outside of the US, can I still make an order? 
❤ Yes! During 2020, it was an obstacle to deliver outside of the US, but nature is healing and we certainly can these days. If you come across an item that seems unavailable to your country, it may be one of our older ones, PLEASE let Spunky know & they'll update it to be readily available! [email protected]

❔ I recieved an email that my package has been created, why is there no tracking info yet? 
❤ I package and label all orders from home. I try to drop them off at a mailbox or post office as soon as I can, but depending on things they could be sitting here for a few days as I like to take them in batches if possible. So until they are scanned in by a Postal worker, they will not "officially" be in the tracking system. 


❔ What is your refund policy? 
❤ As a very small business, we typically do not refund nor accept orders back. I am one person so sometimes things do slip through the cracks, so any missing items will surely be refunded. When purchasing, please do keep in mind Spunky Stuff! is not a big corporation and especially be mindful when buying handmade products. 


❔ I need to cancel my order, is that possible?
♥ Yes. Order cancelations are always possible as long as your package has not already been sent out.
Make sure to email your cancellation request ASAP ([email protected])
This accomodation is not available after the package has been sent out.

❔ Is it possible to get a Tracking Number for my sticker purchase?

Typically sticker-only orders are sent out via envelope "snail mail" to keep costs low; but this is an optional add-on to ensure you get a tracking number and more bulky protective packaging. 

❔ Will items always be restocked?
♥ As a small business this cannot be guaranteed, only items that sell out within a timely manner will be granted a re-stock! If there is something you really have your eyes on, best to snag it while you can. Otherwise, be sure to leave us a comment on social media letting us know what design you would like to see make a comeback as we will be more inclined to do so if there is demand for it!

❔ Can I add your products on Throne?
❤ MAKE SURE it's set as a Payout! 
I've asked the BigCartel team myself, but there is currently NO intergration between Throne and BigCartel, meaning I'm never alerted of any Throne orders placed, nor do I recieve the money. Set your gifts from here as a Payout so you can recieve the money for the gift and buy directly from my shop! Hopefully this evolves in the future to be more streamlined.

❤ Yes! I'm happy to report that we work with Hottopic, so if anything catches your eye, that is another way to support me and get yourself something unique I can't offer in-home. HT does not steal art & has been awesome supporting indie artists like myself! If you see my wares anywhere else though, please do show your concern as they are the only shop I work with currently.
