❔ I live outside of the US, can I still make an order?
❤ Yes! There is just an extra step. Unfortunately the shipping format on this site does not quite understand the complexity of how price fluxuates around the world, so while the option has been taken off most items (excluding stickers) you may personally email me ([email protected]) with your full address (First & Last Name/Street/City/State/Zip Code) and desired items to create a custom order and let you you know exactly how much it will come out to. If you just desire stickers, order as per usual.
❔ I recieved an email that my package has been created, why is there no tracking info yet?
❤ I package and label all orders from home. I try to drop them off at a mailbox or post office as soon as I can, but depending on things they could be sitting here for a few days as I like to take them in batches if possible. So until they are scanned in by a Postal worker, they will not "officially" be in the tracking system.
❔ What is your refund policy?
❤ As a very small business, we typically do not refund nor accept orders back. I am one person so sometimes things do slip through the cracks, so any missing items will surely be refunded. When purchasing, please do keep in mind Spunky Stuff! is not a big corporation and especially be mindful when buying handmade products.
❔ I need to cancel my order, is that possible?
♥ Yes. Order cancelations are always possible as long as your package has not already been sent out.

❔ Is it possible to get a Tracking Number for my sticker purchase?

Typically sticker-only orders are sent out via envelope "snail mail" to keep costs low; but this is an optional add-on to ensure you get a tracking number and more bulky protective packaging.
❔ Will items always be restocked?
♥ As a small business this cannot be guaranteed, only items that sell out within a timely manner will be granted a re-stock! If there is something you really have your eyes on, best to snag it while you can. Otherwise, be sure to leave us a comment on social media letting us know what design you would like to see make a comeback as we will be more inclined to do so if there is demand for it!
